This policy applies to purchases made on tekyo-tech.com.
Right of withdrawal
In principle, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the item to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without having to provide a justification.
To exercise this right, contact tekyo-tech@gmail.com. After notification, the product must be returned within the following 14 days.
Return address and procedure
Before any shipment, contact TEKYO-TECH. We will provide you with instructions and the return address corresponding to the product. The address may vary depending on the logistics center handling the product.
Return shipping costs
In the event of a simple withdrawal, the direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, the applicable legal warranties remain fully applicable.
Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund of the amounts due will occur no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the withdrawal. We may defer the refund until the item is recovered or until proof of its shipment is received.
